Easy Returns

Thank you for shopping with LCP.  If you are not happy with your item/s, please login to your account and submit a return request. If you do not have an account with us, email us at returns@shoplcp.com.

      •          Item/s should always be shipped back to:

      •          LCP offers complimentary return and exchange shipping.

      •          LCP follows a strict one (1) time exchange and return policy per transaction.

      •          All items that you wish to return/exchange should be returned within ten (10) days from the date of delivery. This means ten (10) working days—holidays and weekends are not included. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after the (10th) tenth day from the date of delivery. 

      •          All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

      •          If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, and it is not available, it will be treated as a return for store credit, which can be used to purchase another product.

      •          All other products are eligible for return or exchange, except for jewelry and final sale items.

      •          Items must be returned in its original packaging. We will only honor non-faulty items in its original condition to be exchanged.

Unwashed, unused, and undamaged
Complete tags are still intact (LCP security tags, designer tags, etc.)
No foul and unusual odors are detected

*LCP reserves the right to send back any items returned that do not meet our policy

Customer Return Process

Please take the following steps to submit a return request:

1. Log into your account, then go to My Account.

2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.

3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

      •          Quantity to return

      •          Return reason

      •          Return action

      •          Comments

4. Click Submit Return Request.

5. Once approved, email returns@shoplcp.com to schedule pickup.

6. 2Go will pickup the items in the shipping address. 

7. Fill up 2Go Proforma Airwaybill form. Do not forget to keep shipper's copy.

8. Ship back items to:

Refund and Store credit

  • Refunds can either be given in the same payment method or store credit to your LCP account.
  • Full refunds will only be issued upon approval of LCP based on the Return Policy .

• Please take note that full refunds will take up to 30 working days.

  • For store credit, it will take 1-2 working days upon approval.
  • You may view store credit by going to your account. This is non-refundable.
  • Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
